Withdrawal from the contract

Within 14 days of paying an order, you can ask for its whole amount back without giving a reason. This applies to every customer, consumer or company, for the latest paid order of the account. For consumers it is also the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection.

In the portal

Sign in at the portal, open Orders, choose the order and press Ask for a refund. We confirm your request by email.

Write to info@rexguard.app with the order number and your account's email address. You can use the form below.

The refund

Once we approve the request, we return the whole amount the way you paid, no later than 14 days: a card payment back to the card, a transfer to your account. The account goes back to the plan it had before that order (for a first order, to Free).

If a later order has been applied since, write to us and we'll handle the refund by hand.
